Service Availability
During holiday closures, online portals and mobile apps remain fully functional. Clients can submit claims, update personal information, and view policy documents at any time. For urgent inquiries, the 24‑hour call center is staffed on all holidays and can handle claims, policy questions, and emergency assistance.
Planning Ahead
Because processing times may extend during peak holiday periods, it is advisable to submit claims and new applications at least two weeks before the holiday. If a claim is filed on the day before a holiday, expect a 3‑day processing window instead of the usual 1‑day turnaround.
